what is the best way to home brew beer?

i use a home brew kit but leaving it in plastic drum i think there is a better way and i thought of stainless steel keg but im still thinking

A way to improve your method would be to rack your beer to a glass or stainless container from your plastic bucket. Plastic is ok for primary fermentation, but is oxygen permeable. Primary fermentation is regularly done in plastic with no ill effects. However, secondary fermentation allows for better flavor and clarity with minimal need for clarifying agents. Since it may sit for an extended period, it’s best to have it in a container that’s not oxygen permeable, as that would harm the final flavor, evein if only slightly.
Even if you’re using a stainless keg for secondary fermentation, you still want to rack it to another keg when it comes time for serving because there will still be sediment in the bottom after secondary.
