You can be a guest of some person who stays in Mirage, and therefore yes.

Of course you can but it isn’t allowed. Just have a room number everyone in your party can agree to. Be careful have a nice day.

Most of the time you need a room key to get in some pools. The Mirage has an entrance gate. Anyone can walk into the Rio pool. Wynn requires a guest key.
