There are a lot of great ones. Go to SpinCityTravel.com and check under the hotel tab. You can find all the available hotels with lists of amenities to compare plus there are guest feedback comments for each hotel. You can also book it right there. I found it very helpful.

NO hotel in Vegas will permit that. They are very strict about it due to security, noise & insurance issues. You will find that all the hotels , especially on the strip, enforce those rules. They expect you to go to one of the millions of bars in town to do any partying.
My advice; wait until spring break & go where the college crowd goes. Your less likely to be noticed as being underage & will have more fun then being stuck in a hotel room.

First problem is your age. The majority of hotels on the strip will not rent to an 18 year old.You have to be 21 or older. The ones that will rent to you the rooms will not be very big. The other problem is they enforce a strict noise rule. If a complaint comes in from any guest .. security will show up … if it appears there is alcohol in there with under age kids … well .. lets just say .. a ticket would be the mildest thing. You will all probably be hauled to metro.
