I heard the HardRock. I have never been to that hotel because it is off the strip but I heard that is a partyin’ hotel. If you want to stay on the strip, Caesars is great but expensive. If you like clubs MGM has great dance clubs.

Ok… At first I would say HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO… But that depends upon what music your dad likes. It’s the coolest place - and the Hard Rock Cafe is the BEST place in town for a b-day.
However, we just opened a Hooter’s Hotel & Casino. He might appreciate that too.
Lastly, we have the Palms PlayBoy Tower. Enough said.
Other than that…. New York New York for cheapest rates.
Upper class - Bellagio and Caeser’s.

If your dad likes the party scene, then go Hard Rock or Palms. IF he likes luxury and style then Bellagio and Wynn.

Depends a lot on the age range of the people looking to party. In general I would say The Palms as it has Ghost Bar and Rain (not to mention the new Playboy Lounge….WoooooT!!!)
Other places to consider:
New York, New York
Caesars Palace
The Luxor
MGM
And if you have a good amount of money to spend of course THE BELLAGIO
